Davide Tammaro is an Italian composer and guitarist with a versatile portfolio that spans across media and concert music.
Davide’s music fuses traditional orchestral arrangements with cutting-edge production music. His orchestral work, "Tempus," was selected as mandatory contemporary piece for the renowned Premio Cantelli conducting competition and was premiered by the Orchestra of Teatro Regio of Turin. Davide's production music has been featured in Emmy-winning documentaries like VICE, and on broadcast networks such as BBC and Showtime, as well as streaming platforms like Hulu and Amazon.
Davide's music has been performed on stages and festivals from Europe to the U.S and received awards, including the 2019 Premio Musica Nova with Oscar winner Ennio Morricone as the president of the Jury.
As a guitarist, Davide has toured across the United States, performing at venues like The House of Blues and festivals such as SXSW and Americanafest.
A classically trained musician, Davide holds a master's degree in Composition from the Santa Cecilia Music Conservatory in Rome and is also an alumnus of Berklee College of Music in Boston.
